In reply to Suzy. Sadly I can't have dairy so just watched the other guests. They did me an amazing bowl of strawberries with salt and pepper and strawberry granita which may have been a good thing, I was full enough that I didn't have dinner

Amazing recommendation, one of my favorite meals ever. Arnau and his sous chef, Shu are artists and it was a pleasure to watch them work.
